Encryption #
- In Transit: All traffic is protected using TLS 1.2+ encryption.
- At Rest: Database and file storage are encrypted with AES-256.
Data Isolation #
- Multi-tenant SaaS model ensures strict separation between customer data.
- Role-based access controls prevent unauthorized viewing of cases.
Backups & Recovery #
- Automated daily backups.
- Retention policy: 30 days by default (custom options for Enterprise).
- Disaster recovery tested regularly.
