CRM Integration Setup

< 1 min read

Overview #

Sync DigiCase with your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) to ensure cases and customer data flow seamlessly.

Step 1: Enable CRM Connector #

  1. Go to Integrations → CRM in Admin Panel.
  2. Select your CRM from the list.
  3. Enter CRM credentials (API key or OAuth).

Step 2: Define Data Sync Rules #

  • Customer data: Sync contact details between DigiCase and CRM.
  • Cases:
    • New case in DigiCase → logged as a ticket in CRM.
    • Case status updates → reflected in CRM timeline.

Step 3: Test the Connection #

  • Create a sample case in DigiCase.
  • Verify it appears in the CRM with correct metadata.

✅ Tip: Use field mapping to ensure consistency (e.g., “Case Priority” in DigiCase → “Urgency” in CRM).
