Overview #
The DigiCase Dashboard is your control center. From here, you can monitor cases, assign tasks, and track SLAs in real time.
Steps
- Log in
- Visit https://digicasecloud.com/login.
- Enter your registered email and password.
- Click Log In.
- Explore the Dashboard Layout
- Top Navigation: Quick links to Home, Features, Solutions, Pricing, Support.
- Sidebar Menu: Access Cases, SLA Tracker, Reports, Integrations, and Settings.
- Main Panel: Shows widgets and KPIs.
- Default Widgets
- Open Cases Counter – how many cases are active.
- SLA Status – cases approaching deadlines.
- Recent Activity – last updates by your team.
- Notifications – alerts from integrations or customers.
- Personalize Your Dashboard
- Add/remove widgets.
- Reorder by drag-and-drop.
- Save your custom layout.
✅ Tip: Pin the SLA Tracker widget to the top so you never miss deadlines.
