Overview #

The DigiCase Dashboard is your control center. From here, you can monitor cases, assign tasks, and track SLAs in real time.

Steps

  1. Log in
  2. Explore the Dashboard Layout
    • Top Navigation: Quick links to Home, Features, Solutions, Pricing, Support.
    • Sidebar Menu: Access Cases, SLA Tracker, Reports, Integrations, and Settings.
    • Main Panel: Shows widgets and KPIs.
  3. Default Widgets
    • Open Cases Counter – how many cases are active.
    • SLA Status – cases approaching deadlines.
    • Recent Activity – last updates by your team.
    • Notifications – alerts from integrations or customers.
  4. Personalize Your Dashboard
    • Add/remove widgets.
    • Reorder by drag-and-drop.
    • Save your custom layout.

✅ Tip: Pin the SLA Tracker widget to the top so you never miss deadlines.
