# Dashboard Overview and First Login

## **Overview**

The DigiCase Dashboard is your control center. From here, you can monitor cases, assign tasks, and track SLAs in real time.

**Steps**

1. **Log in**
   - Visit [https://digicasecloud.com/login](#).
   - Enter your registered email and password.
   - Click **Log In**.
2. **Explore the Dashboard Layout**
   - **Top Navigation:** Quick links to Home, Features, Solutions, Pricing, Support.
   - **Sidebar Menu:** Access Cases, SLA Tracker, Reports, Integrations, and Settings.
   - **Main Panel:** Shows widgets and KPIs.
3. **Default Widgets**
   - **Open Cases Counter** – how many cases are active.
   - **SLA Status** – cases approaching deadlines.
   - **Recent Activity** – last updates by your team.
   - **Notifications** – alerts from integrations or customers.
4. **Personalize Your Dashboard**
   - Add/remove widgets.
   - Reorder by drag-and-drop.
   - Save your custom layout.

✅ **Tip:** Pin the SLA Tracker widget to the top so you never miss deadlines.
