# Managing Your Subscription

## **Overview**

You can view and manage your DigiCase Cloud subscription directly from the Admin Panel. This includes plan details, renewal dates, and payment methods.

## Step 1: Access Billing

1. Log in as an **Admin**.
2. Go to **Settings → Billing & Subscription**.
3. The **Overview tab** shows:
   - Current Plan (Starter, Pro, Enterprise)
   - Billing Cycle (Monthly/Yearly)
   - Next Renewal Date

## Step 2: Update Payment Method

- Click **Payment Methods**.
- Add a new credit card or payment gateway.
- Set as default payment method.

## Step 3: Download Invoices

- Click **Invoices** tab.
- Select a month → Download PDF.

✅ **Tip:** Annual billing saves 2 months compared to monthly.
