Single Sign-On (SSO) Configuration

Overview #

DigiCase supports SSO to streamline user access and improve security. You can connect via SAML 2.0 or OAuth 2.0providers.


Step 1: Choose SSO Provider #

Supported providers:

  • Microsoft Azure AD
  • Google Workspace
  • Okta
  • Auth0

Step 2: Configure in DigiCase Admin #

  1. Go to Settings → Authentication → SSO.
  2. Select SAML or OAuth 2.0.
  3. Enter required details:
    • Entity ID / Client ID
    • SSO URL
    • Certificate / Client Secret

Step 3: Map Roles #

  • Admin → IT/Managers
  • Agents → Support staff
  • Viewers → Executives

Step 4: Test Login #

  • Log out and click “Login with [Provider]”.
  • Ensure correct role-based access after authentication.

✅ Tip: Keep at least one native Admin account enabled as a fallback in case SSO fails.
