# Single Sign-On (SSO) Configuration

## **Overview**

DigiCase supports SSO to streamline user access and improve security. You can connect via **SAML 2.0** or **OAuth 2.0**providers.

## Step 1: Choose SSO Provider

Supported providers:

- Microsoft Azure AD
- Google Workspace
- Okta
- Auth0

## Step 2: Configure in DigiCase Admin

1. Go to **Settings → Authentication → SSO**.
2. Select **SAML** or **OAuth 2.0**.
3. Enter required details:
   - Entity ID / Client ID
   - SSO URL
   - Certificate / Client Secret

## Step 3: Map Roles

- Admin → IT/Managers
- Agents → Support staff
- Viewers → Executives

---

## Step 4: Test Login

- Log out and click **“Login with \[Provider\]”**.
- Ensure correct role-based access after authentication.

✅ **Tip:** Keep at least one native Admin account enabled as a fallback in case SSO fails.
