# Understanding Your Invoice

## **Overview**

Invoices provide a record of your DigiCase subscription, add-ons, and applicable taxes.

## Step 1: Locate Your Invoice

1. Go to **Billing & Subscription → Invoices**.
2. Choose a billing cycle.
3. Click **Download PDF**.

## Step 2: Invoice Details

Invoices include:

- **Invoice Number & Date**
- **Customer Name & Company**
- **Plan Name** (Starter, Pro, Enterprise)
- **Billing Period**
- **Amount** (Subscription + Add-ons)
- **Taxes** (if applicable by country/state)
- **Payment Method**

## Step 3: Add-ons & Discounts

- Add-ons (e.g., WhatsApp integration, AI Assistant) appear as line items.
- Discounts (promo codes or annual billing) appear as credits.
