Upgrading and Downgrading Plans

Overview #

You can switch between DigiCase Cloud plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) at any time.

Step 1: Choose a New Plan #

1. Go to Billing & Subscription → Change Plan.
2. Select the plan you want:
   • Starter → Pro
   • Pro → Enterprise
   • Enterprise → Custom

Step 2: Confirm Changes #

• Review new pricing and features.
• Agree to updated subscription terms.
• Click Confirm Upgrade/Downgrade.

Step 3: Effective Date #

• Upgrades: Applied immediately. You’ll be charged a prorated difference.
• Downgrades: Take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

✅ Tip: If you expect higher case volume temporarily, upgrade for a month, then downgrade later.
