# Upgrading and Downgrading Plans

## **Overview**

You can switch between DigiCase Cloud plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) at any time.

## Step 1: Choose a New Plan

1. Go to **Billing & Subscription → Change Plan**.
2. Select the plan you want:
   - Starter → Pro
   - Pro → Enterprise
   - Enterprise → Custom

## Step 2: Confirm Changes

- Review **new pricing** and features.
- Agree to updated subscription terms.
- Click **Confirm Upgrade/Downgrade**.

## Step 3: Effective Date

- **Upgrades:** Applied immediately. You’ll be charged a prorated difference.
- **Downgrades:** Take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

✅ **Tip:** If you expect higher case volume temporarily, upgrade for a month, then downgrade later.
