By using DigiCase Cloud, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

 

Services Provided

  • DigiCase Cloud provides case management and related SaaS services.

  • Features vary by subscription plan (Starter, Pro, Enterprise).

 

Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate registration details.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.

  • You agree not to misuse the service (spamming, illegal content).

 

Billing & Payment

  • Fees are charged monthly or annually based on your plan.

  • Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next billing cycle.

  • Non-payment may result in account suspension.

 

Intellectual Property

  • DigiCase Cloud software and trademarks remain the property of FFS Software Solutions.

  • Customers retain rights to their case data.

Liability

  • Service provided “as is” with uptime targets.

  • DigiCase Cloud is not liable for indirect damages or data loss beyond SLA commitments.

Termination

  • You may cancel anytime via your account.

  • DigiCase Cloud may suspend accounts violating these terms.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed).
